GCAS is a not-for-profit graduate school bridging theory and action. Through a focus on creativity, nomadicity, and collaboration, we are building a new model for the humanities that enables researchers to practice knowledge in real-time and develop solutions to social, ecological, and economic challenges around the world. In partnership with AMEU in Europe, GCAS is providing the highest quality accredited master (MA) and doctoral (PhD) degrees in the humanities for a fraction of the tuition costs currently being charged in the US.

We have taught and engaged with over 100,000 people world-wide from more than 80 different countries. We’ve held over 400 different meetings, classes, workshops and conferences: from The Centre Pompidou in Paris to Berlin, New York, Athens, Grand Rapids, and Cincinnati; engaging live with a long list of the worlds leading thinkers including Oliver Stone, Gayatri Spivak, Alain Badiou, Tarqi Ali, Antonio Negri, Jean-Luc Nancy, Clayton Crockett, John D. Caputo, Pete Rollins, Jeffrey Robbins, Katherine Keller, Carl Reschke, Graham Priest, Michael Hardt, Richard Wolff, Slavoj Zizek, and Chris Hedges. Most of all we are focused on the new ideas and methodologies that each of our individual researchers brings to our community. Join us in growing our international network!
